Service Description
Using tried and tested methods developed by Jane for improving posture, strength, power, co-ordination, balance and overall wellbeing. Also included are gentle flowing sequences, yoga and martial arts inspired moves. Pilates Flow fundamentals is designed to take you at a slower pace - each live class is curated to those attending, So whether you need to focus on the Pelvic Floor, back pain or any injury concerns, Jane will tailor the class to you. Make sure you have connected with Jane before the class (when you register you can comment or send us a message through the contact page. Some of our Fundamentals classes have also been made suitable for pre and postnatal clients - please check listings for suitability. This is great to do if you have never done Pilates before or if you are new to exercise. You will need a mat and some cushions and or towel for this class.
